Academic Eligibility for non BASD in-person or virtual students

Parents,
Per PIAA and BASD policies, we need to run academic eligibility weekly for our student-athletes. All students must be passing 4.0 credits.
Any student who is not attending BASD in-person or via BASD Virtual must submit their current grades by noon on Thursdays of each week or the student will be ineligible for the following week.
Senior high athletes – grades must be submitted to the athletic office – merb@boyertownasd.org
Middle school athletes – grades should be sent to the appropriate assistant principal
East – emarsch@boyertownasd.org
West – dschmaldienst@boyertownasd.org
Students who need to provide grades are the following:
Homeschooled
BCTC (for classes taken there)
BOL
Any charter or cyber charter student
It is the responsibility of the parent and student to submit grades. Not the cooperating school or coach!
